ST Premium Server Software Requirements

Windows 2000 Server   - please read advisories carefully

  • Service Pack 4 is recommended for Windows 2000 Server
  • Service Pack 1 is recommended for Windows 2003 Server

 

  • Internet Information Server (IIS) is required if using OTM Web Applications
  • Windows 2000: IIS 5.0
  • Windows 2003 SE: IIS 6.0

 

Advisories: 

  • Windows 2000 Advanced Server NOT supported
  • Windows 2003 Server supported
  • Windows 2000 Terminal Services NOT supported
  • Windows NT 4.0 NOT supported
  • It is not a supported configuration to use the TM server as a primary domain controller

Software Requirements for ST Premium Clients

 

Windows 2000 Professional, Service Pack 4 or Windows XP, Service Pack 2
 

  • Service Packs and Security Updates: please read related advisories above under Server
  • All clients for Billing Module must be capable of mapping  to TM Server
  • Service Pack 2 required for Windows XP
  • Service Pack 4 required for Windows 2000 Professional and Server
  • Multi-Session not supported on XP.

Standalone  


Software Requirements for ST Premium Standalone ‘Server’ with no clients 

 

Windows 2000 Professional or Server, Windows XP

  • Service Pack 2 required for Windows XP
  • Service Pack 4 required for Windows 2000 Professional and Server
  • If using ST Premium Web applications, Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP are not recommended.
