Call Accounting

StradaTel Premium is a comprehensive session with an in-depth focus on those individuals who have little or no familiarity with managing telephone systems but will be using the StradaTel Premium full package that explains the Web Station Administration, Maintenance Windows and Web Services, ACD reporting and 911. From this training session, attendees will have a basic understanding of Meridian 1 and CS 1000 administration and maintenance through the TM application, will develop a familiarity with STP web services and will understand how to manage the StradaTel Premium Server. Attendees will also have a basic proficiency with Traffic Analysis and will understand the basic fraud toll functionalities.

Layout of Basic Graphical Interface:

  • How the graphical interface is used

Running Reports:

  • Overview of the various reports.
  • Using the report filters to run reports.
  • Creating distribution lists and
  • Saving custom reports for automatic distribution
  • Selecting Traffic Study periods and running Traffic Reports by CDR

Organizational Hierarchy:

  • Creating Departmental structures and assigning phones.
  • Associating Equipment costs to extensions

Data Processing:

  • Adding prices on long distance calls
  • Specifying what kinds of calls to record.
  • Setting up surcharges and taxes.

System Settings:

  • Setting up data collection
  • Establishing call timers and route access codes
  • Month End Settings and property management transmission.

Telephone Directory:

  • Accessing a directory from a web page.
  • Looking up people and searching for them.
