TRAINING:
StradaTel Premium is a comprehensive session with an in-depth focus on those individuals who have little or no familiarity with managing telephone systems but will be using the StradaTel Premium full package that explains the Web Station Administration, Maintenance Windows and Web Services, ACD reporting and 911. From this training session, attendees will have a basic understanding of Meridian 1 and CS 1000 administration and maintenance through the TM application, will develop a familiarity with STP web services and will understand how to manage the StradaTel Premium Server. Attendees will also have a basic proficiency with Traffic Analysis and will understand the basic fraud toll functionalities.

Performing a Change on the telephone:
- How to search for phones, look at features and make changes
- Description of some basic features
- Assigning values to keys.
Adding a phone:
- How to lookup a phone

Moving a phone:
- Moving a phone to a vacant TN
- Swapping phones
- Digital Phones and IP Phones.
Reserving DNs and TNs for Projects:
- How to manage your TNs and DNs
Looking at the Transactions:
- Managing the queue of jobs waiting execution.
- Looking at the logs to verify jobs and to learn PBX commands.
Information on Stations and PBX:
- Printing information on stations.
- Looking at software modules and information about the PBX
Using the help file:
- Using the help to learn about features and how to program sets.
Running nightly Jobs:
- Creating nightly jobs to update system data for telephones
- Trunk and Extension information for Call Records.
